Wall mounted major surgery lamp.
Astralite® is designed so that the light head can be positioned around the table to examine all parts of the patient. The 5 rotations allow easy positioning of the light beam from any angle.
LED lifespan is greater than 50,000 hours, which is equivalent to more than 20 years of normal use.
Astralite® uses LEDs that do not contain mercury, CFCs, POPs, VOCs, halogens or other harmful chemicals.
Never having to change a bulb during the life of the product means that Astralite® is very economical. The LED is substantially more efficient to produce more surgical-grade light with less energy.
Antimicrobial additives are used to destroy harmful bacteria. Smooth, continuous surfaces are easy to clean and split lines are kept to a minimum. The Astralite® light head is sealed against the ingress of dirt and liquids to prevent contamination.
Biomaster antimicrobial additive is molded into the plastic parts of the light head and "Ultra Fresh" is incorporated into the light head paint. Both additives have antimicrobial properties.
The color of the light can be adjusted according to the skin, tissue or wound to select the optimal illumination.
All models produce a large field of light with a diameter of 250 mm max. with a working distance of 70-140 cm.
The standard handle is very easy to clean and accepts most disposable covers. A resterilizable handle is an optional item.
