Use the search function, magnifier glass at the top right of the screen, to find a product, you can search by branch , code o key words, once you visualize the product click on the photo or on the description to access for further information.

Identification and registration
To place an on-line order you have to be a distributor and request for your password sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
- Click on "sign in" and enter your e-mail and password.
- Complete the basket: include all the article/s you want to buy, you can do it from "add to basket", the system adds one unit but you can modify the quantity in the next screen with the bottons + and -. Each time you add a product click "save".
- To add more products to your order click on the botton "continue shopping".
- Once the basket is completed and all the changes saved click the botton "process".
- The next screen will show you and offer including all the products of the basket, prices and the corresponding discount. To complete the process and generate the purchase order you have to click the botton " place an order".
- You will receive an e-mail with the summary and all the details of your order.
General sales conditions
Prices and minimum value order
Prices are in Euros, net prices for distributors, for merchandise packaged in our warehouse. Minimum order value: 300 €. Punctual items could suffer variation in prices due to a variation in EUR/JPY and/or USD over 3%.
Goods always travel at risk of the buyer, AUXILAB S.L. will not take charge of breaks made during transport. We recommend to ensure merchandise. AUXILAB S.L. has an agreement with a transport agency, with daily pick up and competitive prices. AUXILAB S.L. is not responsible for delays in the pick up of goods, breakage or losses from other transportation companies contracted by the buyer. In case of incidence when receiving merchandise, please notify in 24 hours to the transport agency and Auxilab Commercial Department.
Returns will be accepted only with previous authorization from AUXILAB S.L. It must be written communicated to AUXILAB Commercial Department, informing reference, quantity, purchase date, delivery sheet number or invoice. Once we receive your request, we will send you a Reterning Merchandise Authorization number, you should indicate in the external package. Returnings must being done within 15 days from the delivery date, with material in perfect conditions and with original package. Transport cost should be at purchaser's charge (except mistake in shipment by AUXILAB S.L.) to our warehouse in: Polígono Industrial Morea Norte D Nº6 31191 Berian (Navarra). Amount to be paid depends in the inspection, inspection expenses will be deducted from that amount. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned back at the expense and risk of the customer.
All the equipment supplied with serial number by AUXILAB S.L. will have the warranty indicated by the manufacturer in each case. This warranty is for manufacturing defects, pieces and labor, from the purchase date. Are not included in the warranty: breakage due to improper handling, improper storage, drop or repair by unauthorized people.
