In water treatment systems with industrial productivity at the level of 100 to 1000 dm3/h. The stations allow receiving purified water of the third degree of purity according to ISO 3696: 1999. Each device is designed and manufactured to meet the individual needs of the customer. These devices can be used as a central unit producing purified water. By distributing the appropriate network, the system can supply water to several laboratory rooms or floors in the building, as well as laboratory point devices.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
- The device is fed with tap water.
- Degrees of water purification:
• filtration in sedimentation filters: cascade filtration in 20 µm and 5 µm high efficiency sediment filters,
• filtration in carbon filters: filtration on granular activated carbon to remove organic compounds, chlorine and chlorine derivatives,
• softening process (option): automatic softening station: rinsing and regeneration of the reservoir is done automatically, compact construction - corrosion resistant ion exchange column (glass fibre tank) placed inside the salt housing, high capacity to remove hardness ions,
• reverse osmosis station: efficiency: 100-150 dm3/h (depending on model), retention ratio 96-99%, recovery rate 60%, high pressure pump, retention and permeate rotameters,

FUNCTIONS ENSURING THE OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM:

- Thermal protection of the osmotic module, automatic interruption of the system operation at the supply water temperature below 4°C or above 40°C.
- Ability to interrupt the system when an alarm occurs.
