The 640 model of biochemical incubators is one of the most used in the environmental protection department, health department, epidemic prevention, agricultural research institute, pharmaceutical laboratories, cosmetics, among others.
It is used for water analysis, BOD determination, cell cultures, etc.

Structure
1. The inner chamber and shelf are made of mirror-like stainless steel for better cleaning and disinfection.
2. Absence of screws inside to avoid oxidation and facilitate disinfection and cleaning.
3. Easy access to the condenser through the inlet grill.
4. Interior glass door; interior lighting (white) of the cabin to obtain a good internal visualization.
5. Built-in wheels with brakes at the front for easy movement.

Controller
1. Large LCD screen, clear and intuitive for easy operation.
2. With over-temperature alarm, and additional independent digital limiter to ensure temperature accuracy.

Note: The compressor has two operating modes:
- Continuous mode: activated when the set temperature is lower than the SH parameter value. In this mode, the temperature remains more stable, although energy consumption is higher, as the cooling and heating systems operate simultaneously. When the heater remains on for prolonged periods in this mode, the unit performs automatic programmed stops (configurable in intervals of 6/12/24 hours) with a duration that is also configurable (between 0 and 250 seconds).
- Intermittent mode: activated when the set temperature is higher than the SH parameter value. In this case, energy consumption is lower, although there are greater fluctuations in temperature.
