Prices and minimum orders
Prices in this price list are in euro, net retail price, VAT not included, for packaged goods at our wharehouse. For orders less than 100 euros, it will be charge on the invoice an extra charge of 6 euros as handling fee and payment by bank transfer.
Some items may be affected because of variations of more than 3% in the exchange rate of the euro against the Japanese Yen and / or dollar.
Sends
Goods always travel at the risk of buyer, Auxilab does not assume transport breakages. We advise you to insure the goods. We normally work with these transport agencies (DHL, GRACIA, SEUR and MRW).
Auxilab does not assume delays in the collection of merchandise by those companies that do not correspond to those mentioned.
In case of incidence at the reception of material, please, notify it within 24 hours to the carrier and to administration department of Auxilab.
Returns
To return merchandise, written consent of Auxilab is required. You have to ask for it to correo@auxilab.es, indicating clearly code, quantity, purchase date and number of delivery note or invoice.
After accepting the request, we will send you a number of return merchandise authorization, this number has to be showed on the packing. Returns have to be made within 15 days from date of delivery, with the material in perfect conditions, without use, sealed and into original packing. Auxilab does not assume shipment cost so the merchandise has to arrive postage paid to our warehouse placed in: P.I. Morea Norte, “D” Nº6, 31191 Beriain (Navarra-Spain).
Refund amount depends on the result of the inspection. Cost originates from inspection and manipulation will be deducted from total amount. Goods returned without return merchandise authorization will not be accepted and they will be returned at customer´s risk.
Payment
Payments will be made by direct debit, except customers with low annual turnover, they have to pay by bank transfer.
Guarantee
All supplied equipments of this price list with serial number have a guarantee of two years for manufacturing defects in spare parts and labor, counting from date of purchase. Guarantee does not include breakages due to improper handling, falls, improper storage, or repair by unauthorized personnel.
Guarantee is subject to the decision of our technical staff once the equipment had been reviewed. Equipments under guarantee have to be sent postage paid to our warehouse.
Price list
Drawings and measures of this price list are indicative and approximate, they are not a contractual relationship.

To process your orders easily and quickly, please, send them through mail or fax, indicating codes of items and quantities.
Repair and warranty general conditions
Attention, very important:
Do not send any item to auxilab without a return merchandise authorization fulfilled. Not fulfilling this condition may have an impact on higher repair time or solution even misplacing the item. Auxilab does not take responsability for misplaced items if items have been sent in this conditions.
Conditions
1. Warranty period (since November 1st 2000) is two years, including spare parts and labour.
2. After sales services is exclusively carried out by our Authorized Technical Service placed in P.L. Morea Norte, C/ “D”, 6, Beriain (Navarra). For repairing or changing any material it is obligatory to show date and purchasing invoice and explanatory note about the problem, packing and documentation (as manual, etc.) and original accessories are required in perfect maintenance conditions.
3. Owing to a constant update, improvement of our equipments and changes of components, AUXILAB only markets standard spare parts and accesories shown in our price list.
4. Warranty and components are only covered if manufactured equip fails. Breakdowns, breakages or damages caused by other service companies or external agents, like ups or downs in voltage, short circuits, progressive waves induced by rays, phone lines, floods, fires, etc.
5. Warraty does not cover checks, maintenance, calibration, cleaning or adaptation to a special use.
6. Customer will send in any case the goods freight paid to our warehouse placed in P.L. Mora Norte, C/ D, 6, Beriain (Navarra).
7. If goods are sent at customers cost AUXILAB does not assume damages, mislayings, carriages or accidents. We would advise contract all-risks insurance.
8. Problems caused by improper handling, manipulation by unathorized personal or not original components, are excluded of warranty.
9. Spare part with limited use like lamps, fuses, brushes, batery, etc. are not under warranty. Warranty does not cover pieces with normal wear and tear o damage produced by catastrophics causes, atmospherics, knocks or falls.
10. Customer has the right of requesting previous and in writting quote. Customer must assume expenses quote if finally it is not accepted.
11. Repairs warranty is three months.
12. Every repair equal or inferior than 25 € will be done without previous quote.
13. Warranty does not cover devoted time of Technical Service testing goods without fails, in this case customer will pay 25 € for diagnostics.
14. AUXILAB, S.L. does not render material from its stock during repairs.
15. If after one month since AUXILAB informs repair is finished and ready to pick up, the material is not taken away from our buildings, we will accrue installment for storing and conservation of 1.5 €/day. The customer will loose the possession in a year, if the material is not taken away. (Art. 460, 4º, y 1968 Civil Code)
16. These conditions just affect equipment with serial number.
17. Those bargains are not cumulative.
